Typically orders shall be shipped will be within 5-7 working days for ready items such as sarees, kurtis, casual sarees and any other readily available merchandise.
For pre-Orders/International orders /hand crafted items, based on the level of customization involved it may take 7-14 working days for dispatch.
Our return/exchange policy allows exchanges within 5 days of delivery for defective items, with a parcel opening video required. Customized items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Detailed policy can be referred at product or check out page please.

Our cancellation policy lasts for a 5hrs only, If 5hrs is passed from time of purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a cancellation. Cancellation attracts 20% restocking fees. Refund for cancellation shall be processed with 4-7 working days.
